At Trekvoribus, our delivery process is designed specifically for customers within Singapore. Every order follows a defined preparation and delivery sequence so customers can understand where we deliver, how long an order normally takes, and what to expect when the parcel reaches their address.

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to footwear purchased through our website.

1. Singapore-Only Delivery

Trekvoribus currently accepts and delivers orders only within Singapore. Orders containing an address outside Singapore cannot be fulfilled.

Our geographical delivery rules are straightforward:

  • Delivery is available across serviceable addresses in Singapore.

  • International delivery is not offered.

  • Overseas addresses cannot be entered as eligible delivery destinations.

  • Customers should provide a complete and accurate Singapore delivery address when ordering.

  • Delivery is free on every eligible order, regardless of order value.

2. Delivery Timeline

Our standard order journey takes approximately 3–4 business days. This period consists of two separate stages.

Delivery Stage

Expected Time

What Happens

Order Preparation 2 business days Internal inspection and suitable packaging
Local Delivery 1–2 business days Parcel travels to the Singapore delivery address
Total Timeline 3–4 business days From order processing through expected arrival

Business days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays.

The stated timeline is our normal delivery estimate. Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruption, restricted building access, or other delivery-network interruptions, may occasionally affect arrival times.

3. Why We Use Two Business Days Before Dispatch

Shoes are not immediately passed to the delivery network after an order is received. We allocate two business days to internal preparation.

During this period, our team focuses on:

  • reviewing the item associated with the order;

  • preparing the footwear for dispatch;

  • placing the product in appropriate packaging; and

  • preparing the parcel for transfer to the local delivery service.

Once this stage is completed, the parcel is dispatched for delivery. The local delivery stage normally requires another 1–2 business days.

4. Free Delivery Across Singapore

Customers do not pay a separate delivery charge for orders accepted by Trekvoribus. The price displayed for the footwear is not supplemented with shipping, handling, or cash-on-delivery charges at the doorstep.

Our free-delivery arrangement applies only to orders delivered within Singapore. It does not create an international shipping option or permit delivery outside our stated service area.

5. Cash Payment at Delivery

Trekvoribus operates exclusively through cash on delivery. Online card payments, digital wallet payments, and other advance payment methods are not offered through our website.

When your footwear arrives, the full order amount must be paid in cash at the doorstep. No separate delivery or cash-on-delivery fee is added.

Customers should ensure that someone is available at the supplied address to receive the parcel and complete the cash payment.

6. Providing Accurate Delivery Information

Accurate delivery information helps prevent avoidable delays. Customers should provide:

  • recipient name;

  • Singapore delivery address;

  • unit number, where applicable;

  • contact number; and

  • other information reasonably required to complete delivery.

Information collected for order fulfillment and delivery is handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). The PDPA establishes obligations concerning the collection, use, disclosure, protection, accuracy, and retention of personal data.

Delivery details are used for legitimate order and fulfillment purposes, including preparing parcels, coordinating delivery, and communicating about an order.

7. Online Orders and Singapore Law

Electronic ordering and related communications may also fall within Singapore's Electronic Transactions Act 2010, which provides a legal framework concerning electronic records, communications, and electronic contract formation.

Our shipping practices are also intended to operate consistently with applicable Singapore consumer legislation, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, where relevant.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.
